    CIGS is made from Copper Indium Gallium Selenide and is a lightweight, flexible, peel-and-stick application that reaches efficiencies exceeding 16%. It is more stable and can curve to 360 degrees.These modules are ideal for membrane roofs, they can be installed over low-load-capacity roofs that prove challenging for conventional crystalline panels and rack systems. AI Photovoltaic Controller - AIPVC (with Artificial Intelligence)

Green Energy Storage

Our Green Energy Storages are Deep Cycle Type Sun Power Storages that are designed to store solar energy produced during the day, so it can be used at night and on rainy days.

Used in all of our Solar Systems, our Green Energy Storages are Rechargeable, Deep Cycle, Lead Acid, or Nickel Iron (NiFe) with built-in features to be Maintenance FREE.

Unlike Lithium batteries, our Green Energy Storages are made from safer materials that can withstand high temperatures and will last for decades.

Note:  NORMAL Batteries are NOT Solar Green Energy Storage. If the PV Storage Cell does NOT have a Deep Cycle life graph, it should NOT be used. Tropical countries, like Malaysia, have an average temperature inside the PV Storage Cell, at least 10 degrees HIGHER than Air Temperature. So, if Air Temperature is 34°C then PV Storage Cell operating temperature is 44°C. If a PV Storage Cell is rated at 25°C then it is NO use in Hot Climate.

DC Lighting / PIRs / Timers

Low voltage lighting can make a huge difference to the load on the PV Storage Cell.

Low Voltage Lights offer significant benefits for Off-Grid DC power systems. Powered Directly from the PV Storage Cell at 12 or 24V DC, they avoid the need to run an inverter ALL NIGHT just in case someone needs to turn on a light.

This eliminates the inverter losses, as well as the quiescent power draw of the inverter itself.

Efficiency can be optimised by ensuring that lights only run when they need to.

This can be achieved through the use of DC powered PIR motion sensors and/or timer switches, which ensures that you’ll never leave the lights on by mistake. PIR sensors can also be set to only turn on the lights when it’s dark.

Solar Drinking Water and Irrigation Pumps

Solar DC Water Pumps require no fuel and minimal maintenance.

Solar powered DC Submersible Pumps are used for wells, boreholes, water transfer and irrigation.

For drinking water you will need a borehole over 100 feet deep. 100ft of Earth is enough to filter out any impurities and any bacteria and generally will give you drinkable mineral water without any need for filtering. This means low cost, healthy drinking water is available right under us.

Solar DC Pumps are many times MORE Efficient than AC Pumps and have the advantage that they will work DIRECTLY from Solar PV Panels. Solar DC pumps also work at LOWER voltages and can pump water even at very slow speeds, when it is cloudy, early morning or late evening.

By comparison, AC Pumps will only run at full speed or stop completely if it rains or is cloudy. Giving LESS than 50% of the water collection.

Our Solar DC Pumps contain a drive unit, called an MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracker) that keeps the pump running from very low sunlight levels right up to hot midday sunshine, giving much more water than any AC Pump could manage. The MPPT comes with every pump and is matched exactly with the pump and solar power system.

NO PV Storage Cells are needed with DC Solar Pumps. Water is pumped by the Sun’s power during the day and fills the water tanks.

Users simply get water from the elevated tanks any time they want by gravity. The cost saving on PV Storage Cell means a very LOW Cost system and free drinking water is feasible.
